Today I came home hungry after doing some errands:) I was at the grocery store and bought some chicken breasts and green peppers.
Came home and started to roast the peppers for about 10 minutes on the stove, turning them occasionally.
Let them cool and then peeled, chopped and seasoned with salt, lemon, garlic, parsley and olive oil.
In a bowl beat an egg with salt pepper and I used a peanut curry paste, dip the chicken breasts and coat them in bread crumbs.
Fry it and bon appetit!
You could serve with mash potatoes, ketchup and beer:)
Oooh, that looks so good! The fried chicken strips remind me of Japanese chicken katsu. I love food posts, thank you so much for sharing! :)
