Moussaka for dinner.
I always loved moussaka, because of its taste and its a fun dish to cook.
I usually use potatoes or eggplants, this time I used them both: a layer of an eggplant in the middle.
As for the topping I mixed cream 2 eggs (its better to use 3-4 but I only had 2) and milk.
For seasoning: paprika, salt&pepper.
