This salad is a whole meal that will enrich your body with vitamins and keep you energetic.
This salad is great as a lunch at work or at picnic.
You could add mustered and honey to make a vinaigrette sauce with the juice of a fresh lemon if you would like, but I like to keep it simple with some pink Himalayan salt, olive oil and lemon.
