Carob & Walnut Brownies

Today I was in a mood for a yummy cake and I wanted to use carob opowder instead of cocoa, as it comes without the caffeine and also very nutritious, though I added white sugar in:)
So I browsed the net for a simple recipe, cause I didn't want to bother that much and I found this excellent recipe from allrecipes.com 
I have made two changes: added 2 whole eggs instead of just egg whites
added 4 tablespoons of sour cream into the batter.
It turned out moist and chewy, definitely going to bake it again!
