Feta & Carrot Quinoa Balls

This week I want to try cooking new dishes, to break the routine and to experience with new dishes.
So I wanted to cook stuffed peppers with Quinoa, so opened the fridge and discovered I don't have peppersL and I began to think what can I preper with Quinoa… tadam Quinoa ballsJ looked up for a recipe on the net, to check if there is something like that.
The basis for the recipe is from: BBC Good Food
This vegetarian meal Cooked with Quinoa, carrots (instead of peppers) and walnuts instead of pine nuts. The herbs I've been using are: Celery, Basil and Parsley.

    1. You should try, it's very healthy and have a delicate taste.
The cooking method is similar to rice, the taste is maybe similar to couscous.
