Stuffed Peppers - Vegetarian

This time I am trying to enjoy vegetarian meals more often, so I try to think on full meals that will fill me and nourish me.
This red bell peppers are stuffed with red and green frozen lentils, onion, garlic, mushrooms, quinoa, bulgur (a cereal made from the groats of several different wheat species, most often from durum wheat. The word bulgur is of Turkish origin).
All I did is saute all the ingredients in a pan with a little olive oil and than stuffed the peppers and cooked them in a tomato sauce for about 20-30 minutes on a low heat.

Oh I wanted to take a nice picture before eating it and almost forgot, so here is a picture of a half eaten pepper:)

Umbrella Time

Umbrella is a must have item for winter and fall and this year I've discovered an amazing umbrella design by Senz and what is so special about that umbrella you ask, well it will withstand 100 km/h winds, so it will keep you dry and trendy:)
Here are some that I liked:

Chocolate Chips Cookies and My New Sweater

This time when I photographed the result I felt like the cookie monster, as I piled all the cookies in one plate:)
This recipe is by Karlynn Johnston, a Canadian food blogger.
You should check out her blog, The Kitchen Magpie, she shares lots of great recipes.
So while browsing the net for easy chocolate chip cookies I found her recipe, which was really easy to follow and also came out delicious! I baked it 3 minutes longer than she suggested.
Next time I will make some changes, like adding 1.5 cups of chocolate instead of 2 cups and also reducing the flour amount to 2 cups.

Also here is my new purchase from H&M a pink warm sweater.
Bought in in 1 size larger, cause I love wearing oversized sweaters at winter time.

French Toast for Breakfast

Sometimes I like having a french toast with a good quality jam for breakfast and this morning I had lots of time so I've prepared my self some:)

Ingredients for 3-4 slices of bread:
1 egg
about 1/2 cup of milk
pinch of Cinnamon
1 tsp sugar

In a bowl add all of the ingredients and whisk them all together.
Deep the slices of bread.
Heat a slightly oiled or buttered pan in a medium-low temperature and place the soaked slices.
Serve with a yogurt or a fresh piece of fruit.
